Returns & Refunds

PRODUCTS ONCE DELIVERED CANNOT BE RETURNED AS ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE NOT RE-USABLE DUE TO HYGIENIC REASONS.

If the product is incorrect from the one that the customer ordered or when the item is damaged, the customer has to send photos or a video to support@bigbadbeard.com within 48 hours after delivery that shows the item is incorrect or DOA (Dead On Arrival).

In this case, customer need to contact us through support@bigbadbeard.com within 48 hours and we will initiate the refund process. Refund may take upto 5-10 working days.

Note: Big Bad Beard reserves the right to make any changes to the return policy. Any changes will be updated on our website.
